Our Bulgarian Villa
Our Bulgarian villa is ideal for families and couples wanting to get away from it all. Our Bulgarian Villa can sleep upto 6 people and is situated in the south-east corner of a small village named Tsarkva (Bulgarian for church), overlooking the glorious forest and meadow.
The Bulgarian Villa is located about 6km (7 minute taxi ride) from the Black Sea coastal resort of Albena and 40km (30 minute taxi ride) from the airport which is located in the beautiful city of Varna.
Outside our Bulgarian Villa
Our Bulgarian villa has a large garden, with it's own grape vine, cherry, apple, pear and quince trees.
At the front of the Bulgarian villa is a garden area with patio furniture, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine with the breathtaking forest as your backdrop. If it's too hot for you, there's lots of trees in the garden with space to sit underneath them in the cooler shade.
At the back of the Bulgarian Villa is the 8m x 6m swimming pool with terrific views over the forest. The patio area next to the pool is furnished with sun loungers and a sun umbrella allowing you to soak up the sun after a refreshing swim, or enjoy a barbecue with friends or family.
At the top of the garden there is a garage, should you wish to rent a car during your holiday in our Bulgarian Villa.
Inside our Bulgarian Villa
As you enter the Bulgarian villa through the front door you walk into a large light & airy living room. This room has large windows on the eastern side, encouraging the lush green countryside into our Bulgarian villa. The room is beautifully tiled and spacious, contains a large corner sofa (which folds out into a double bed) facing the windows, a coffee table to sit around and relax with a nice bottle of wine, a tv and DVD player.
The ceiling is lined with pine, and fragrances the room after a day in the sun.
Through into the dining room with parquet floor where you will find an ornamental traditional style Bulgarian fireplace.
There is a dark dining table and chairs which seats 6 people should you decide to eat in the villa. There is an east facing window overlooking the forest.
The kitchen is accessed through the door at the back of the dining room.
In the completely refitted kitchen you will find everything you need including a fitted oven, halogen hob, integrated fridge (Handy to keep your wine chilled), kettle, toaster and microwave.
You will also find all the glasses, crockery and cutlery you will need for your stay for up to 6 people.
From the kitchen a small corridor leads back to the living room. Off this corridor there is the traditional Bulgarian wet room, tiled to the floor and walls, consisting of a sink and shower. The hot water boiler is also found in this room.
The second floor is accessed through the living room via the open plan wooden staircase. At the top of the stairs there is a toilet to the left and one of the two bedrooms directly in front of you, with the next room to the right.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Along the hallway past the bedrooms there is a door, which opens onto the balcony overlooking the meadow and forest. The balcony is great to have breakfast on as it benefits from the early morning sunshine.
